When designating a Super User, I received an e-mail from the DDTC Helpdesk stating I did not provide a valid registration code. Please explain.
A valid DDTC registration is required to use the D-Trade Electronic System. Refer to Section 122 of the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) for information on registration. You may also consult the DDTC Web site at
